Today I went to see the Dalai Lama teach 'The Four Noble Truths' in Auckland...I left 5 hrs later feeling more educated about Buddhism and enlightened for spending time in his presence.He is lovely, humourous and very intelligent and I would recommend you go and see him if you get the chance.
